    Dr. Allan C. Sloane Dr. Lan U. Ln, ;::'I it at bradford in 1840, He graduated Irom Thronto 'Jivtr-jty in 1265, and came to practise at Annan. Dr. Allan Sloane built a large brick house north of the apeedie store about 1B6. Dr. Sloane marriec Margaret Ross, and their family were Dr. J. G., Isabel, Allan, Sarah, James, iarie and Jessie.

    ailliam McDonald B.A., M.D. 1871- 1924 Iilliam McDonald was the eldest son of Mr. William McDonald and his wife . William McDonald graduated from the Toronto University in Arts in 1892 and graduated from Toronto University Medical School with his M.D. degree in 1895. Later he moved to Kemble and married Caroline Beattie, whose rather Dr. William Beattie was a medical doctor in Wiarton, in 1897 in St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, Wiarton.

Dr. McDonald was very fond of nature and appreciated the changing seasons and the migration of birds and animals. Dr. McDonald had a family of two thughters, Lily Helen, Mrs. Wilson Bedell ani Marjorie, Mrs. 4. A. Ray, both of Owen Sound.
